About The Event
Join us for a book launch event by Kalamazoo-based author Steve Brown, who will bring his original writing to life on stage at Dormouse Theatre on August 21, 2025. The event, like Brown's writing, is meant for a general audience, and hopes to connect with listeners and readers on the gut level. Brown captures people and places that have been left out, looked over, or worked to the bone, but not without the hope of revelation or redemption. This writing has the eye of a reporter, the touch of a painter, and the heart of a storyteller. Admission to the event is free and books will be for sale and signing.
